Commercial Restoration
Commercial media blasting in Northwest Arkansas
Coating removal, rust, fire char and decades of buildup come off faster with the right media than with any amount of scraping. We blast structural steel, concrete, masonry and wood in occupied facilities without shutting the whole plant down.
Media selection drives everything else. Crushed glass and sand cut fast on steel and concrete; soda and walnut protect softer substrates; dry ice is the answer where secondary waste is unacceptable. We spec it to the substrate, the coating and the environment you are working in.
Containment, ventilation and cleanup are planned before mobilization, and we can work nights and weekends to stay out of production. Blasted surfaces are inspected and prepped for coating so the next trade is not waiting.
How we run a commercial blast

Containment and protection
Production equipment, electrical and adjacent areas masked and isolated.
Blasting

Common questions
Questions we get asked
Can you blast while we stay in production?
Frequently, with containment and off-shift scheduling. We plan the phasing during the site walk.
What about lead paint or hazardous coatings?
Those require a controlled containment and disposal plan, which we build into the scope. We handle the testing coordination and manifested disposal.
Do you provide a surface profile spec?
Yes. If your coating system calls for a specific profile, we blast to it and document the result.
