Who we are
Built in Northwest Arkansas, for Northwest Arkansas
Surfco Restoration & Construction operates from two locations, Springdale in Washington County and Bentonville in Benton County, serving homeowners, business owners, property managers and facility teams across the region.
Restoration is handled by our own people. Project managers and restoration technicians are Surfco employees rather than subcontractors, so the person who shows up on your property works for us. On the construction side the project runs under one contract and one project manager, who brings in the trades the job calls for and answers for the schedule.
That structure exists for one reason. Restoration work is urgent and construction work is precise, and the handoff between them is where most projects fall apart. Owning both ends removes the handoff entirely.
