Is the inspection actually free?
Yes, and there is no service call fee. If we inspect and find no damage, you owe nothing and you have peace of mind.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Every major carrier. We document losses to adjuster standards (photos, moisture logs, line-item scope) and coordinate directly so you are not the middleman.
Do you handle both commercial and residential work?
Both, and we are licensed and insured for each. Commercial projects run under a dedicated project manager with phasing built around your operations.
