Selective interior demolition underway in a Northwest Arkansas commercial building

Construction

Demolition contractor in Northwest Arkansas

Demolition looks simple from the outside. Doing it without hitting a live line, compromising a bearing wall or leaving the next trade a mess takes experience.

We handle selective interior demolition inside occupied buildings, full structural demolition, concrete removal and post-loss demo on restoration projects. Every job starts with utility location, structural review and, where the building's age warrants it, asbestos and lead testing before a tool touches anything.

Sites are dust-controlled, debris is sorted and hauled, and the space is left broom-clean and ready for the next phase.

On restoration work, our demo crews already know exactly what has to come out because our own moisture readings defined the scope.

How a demolition job runs

  1. Survey and testing

Structural review, utility location and hazardous material testing where the building's age requires it.

  2. Permitting and safety plan

Permits pulled, utilities disconnected, protection and containment installed.

  3. Demolition

Selective or structural demo with dust control and protection of surfaces that stay.

  4. Haul and cleanup

Debris sorted, hauled and disposed of; site left clean and ready for construction.

Questions we get asked

Do I need asbestos testing before demolition?

For most commercial buildings and any structure built before the 1990s, yes: and in many cases it is legally required before permits issue. We coordinate testing and, if needed, licensed abatement.

Can you demo inside a building that stays open?

Yes. Containment, negative air, dust control and off-hours scheduling make it workable.
