Commercial painting crew coating the interior of a Northwest Arkansas facility

Commercial painting in Northwest Arkansas

Commercial painting is a scheduling problem as much as a coatings problem. We prep properly, spec the right system for the surface, and work nights and weekends so your operation never stops for a paint crew.

Prep decides how long a paint job holds up: pressure washing, sanding, patching, priming and masking take longer than the paint itself and determine how long the finish lasts. We do not skip it to hit a low bid, and we tell you plainly what a cheaper bid is leaving out.

We coat retail interiors, warehouses, ceilings and deck, structural steel, exteriors and epoxy floors, and we take on the drywall repair that usually goes with it.

Step by step

Our painting process

  1. Surface evaluation

Substrate, existing coating and environment determine the system we spec.

  2. Prep

Wash, scrape, sand, patch, caulk and prime, with masking and floor protection.

  3. Application

Spray, roll or brush per surface, with the coating system applied at spec thickness.

  4. Inspection and touch-up

Walkthrough, touch-up and full cleanup before we call it complete.

Questions we get asked

Can you paint after hours?

Yes, and for retail and medical we usually recommend it. Night and weekend crews are standard.

How long will a commercial repaint last?

Interiors typically five to seven years in normal traffic; exteriors depend on exposure and system, generally seven to twelve. Prep quality moves those numbers more than paint brand does.

Do you handle the drywall repair too?

Yes. We handle the drywall repair, finishing and texture on the same contract, so there is no coordination gap before paint.

Do you have a project we can help with?

Free inspections, no service call fee, and a straight answer about what your property actually needs.
